Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
Returns and replacements will be accepted at the buyers expense of shipment cost. Replacements will be sent out once the original item has been returned and in the hands of the business owner (SpookySab Creates: Sabrina K.).
Refunds will be given after the original item has been returned and in the hands of the business owner (SpookySab Creates: Sabrina K.).
SpookySab Creates is not obligated to refund any item broken after delivery. If there is an issue with your item upon arrival from shipment, you (buyer) will contact SpookySab Creates via email at [email protected] requesting a replacement within 4 days of the item being delivered (shipments are tracked). Photos will be mandatory and the original item in it's form shall be returned to be eligible for a replacement.
